I dont know what year model you have but the newer one will run when car is turned off to cool radiator. Maybe you have a radiator problem if this just started to happen. Is the car over heating. Did you check radiator fluid or thermostat. I dont know much about your car and year model but i would do these checks. Maybe radiator needs to be flushed.

I had to flush my daughters radiator about 10 times when we bought it used, fithy. Looks brand new. Please dispose of chemicals properly.

The fans are controlled by the ECU, the thermostat and the communication between the two. Most likely scenario is a faulty temp sensor - a switch, that tells the ECU how hot the coolant is - and such a faulty switch will prevent the fans from working correctly. If you turn the A/C on, or switch to defrost, at least one of them should be running all the time. Alos, very important, make sure your coolant level is correct. These sensors only measure temp in liquids, if there is not enough coolant to get a correct flow through the system, the fans will not work properly either.

Mar 16, 2014. All gas engines run 180 to 200F. (they sell thermostats in that range) 95F or C? Always use C in the temp so all readers know that. The FSM covers the fan tests. You dont have a factor service manual? 95C=203F normal.
I dont know, we dont heve them here. You never said the year, or what country so, we cant guess that.
Nore what engine, different engines have diff, EFI and runs different fan settings. Older cars have fan thermal switches, on new cars we have the ECU/PCM doing all this magic. Tell more get more. Tell why you are conserned too.
